Peter Reglar, Chairman
Peter has been involved with travel for over 30 years and brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to ITG. Peter's other interests lie in his ever expanding Business Travel operation - Business Travel Direct and online tour operation - Letsgo2.com.

Julie Oliver, Group Managing Director
Julie's commercial and corporate experience contributes to our success as a financially sound and expanding organisation. Julie heads up the Ickenham Travel Group Plc. group of companies and is involved in the strategic development of the company.

Bentley Roach, Managing Director, ITG
Bentley Roach has over 30 years of industry experience and spearheads the company, assuming responsibility for the strategic development and marketing strategies for all aspects of the business. Bentley is well respected in the industry and ensures profitability and quality of service to ITG clients.

Denise Greene, Director of Sales, Marketing & Special Projects
Denise has over 10 years experience in the representation field and is responsible for all sales & marketing activities for ITG. Denise works to ensure tailored and dynamic campaigns are implemented for all clients on both short and long-term projects.

Kishori Wilkinson, Public Relations
Kish offers Public Relations services to all clients wishing to avail themselves of this facility and can tailor-make activity and campaigns. She has extensive knowledge of the travel market and is instrumental in generating key journalists trips, editorial coverage and reader awareness in both consumer and trade publications. Long and short term PR services can be arranged.

Anja Junker-Eger, Public Relations, Germany, Austria, Switzerland
Anja provides PR services to the German speaking countries in Europe. Her knowledge of the various countries, contacts with the main editorial teams and influences with trade partners, allows ITG to offer a comprehensive PR service in Europe. Long and short-term PR services are available.

Max Tchanturia, Sales Manager, Europe
Max is responsible for the development of sales in the Leisure, MICE & Corporate markets from France, Spain, Italy, Holland & Russia. His fluency in Russian & Dutch and a good knowledge of Gerrman & French makes it easier to communicate with both the trade and consumers in the markets for which he is responsible.

Gerlinde Hofbauer, Manager, Germany, Austria & Switzerland
Gerlinde is responsible for the German speaking countries from her office in Munich She has been in the tourism industry for over 20 years. Her market knowledge and excellent trade and media contacts provides a competitive advantage for all target markets in the countries in which she operates.

Asim Khan Niazi, Sales Manager, Corporate/MICE
Asim develops key relationships with regular visits to MICE specialists, corporate houses, Blue Chip organisations, as well as travel management companies. The role also involves negotiating, identifying and securing tailored - made contract to develop this market sector.

Louise Coulter, Sales Manager, Leisure
Louise is responsible for the development and procurement of the UK tour operator segment. With a sales background, Louise brings a wealth of experience and retains constant contact with tour operators by phone and with regular visits. Louise is pivotal in contract and tactical negotiations.

Susan Harnamji, Sales Executive, Retail & Product Training
Providing a vital role in the development of key relationships with independent retail agents. Susan is heavily involved in ongoing sales calls, joint promotional campaigns with tourist boards and industry partners and provides all product training for ITG client partners.

Siobhan Randles, Sales Executive, Leisure
Siobhan works along-side the Sales Manager, Leisure focusing on the development and procurement of tour operator relations for ITG's clients. The Sales Manager and Executive work together to achieve new and develop existing tour operator relations and are pivotal in contractual agreements and increasing market share and roomnights for our clients. In addition, Siobhan also provides product training for our industry partners.

Gemma Reddan, Sales Co-Ordinator
Gemma heads up our hotel/airline reservations service, provides key support to the Sales team ensuring all enquiries are dealt with in a timely and informed fashion and is responsible for the operation of our internal bespoke database management systems and reporting procedures. Gemma is involved with Special Projects.

Charlene Horn, Sales Support
Charlene handles Carib Aviation and Island Outpost reservations. In addition she deals with enquiries in a timely and informed manner and supports the sales team.
